How to Pay
By Phone, Mail, this Website, or in Person
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, business checks (no personal checks accepted), cashier's check, money order, debit card, and credit card. If mailing, make your payment out to the Greene County Circuit Clerk and send to 1010 N. Boonville Ave, Springfield, MO, 65802. You may pay in person at the same location. If paying by phone, call 417-868-4074 (opt. #5). Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except holidays).
Paying with a card in person or over the phone
Debit or Credit Card
You may pay with a debit or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). There is a third party convenience fee collected by our credit card vendor. The Greene County Circuit Clerk's Office does not receive any of these fees. Please note: If paying by phone, credit/debit card must be in the defendant's name.

$100.01 and up Fee: 2.15% of the amount paid
Pay by Web
If paying by web, you will be directed to the State of Missouri Judicial Payments System. Higher third party convenience fees may apply. The Greene County Circuit Clerk's Office does not receive any of these fees.
